1. qtimer quest timer reset
While the qtimer option is on, questing timers (autoquest and expedition)
are always set to 0. You can quest and exped as often as you want and fail
as many times as you wish without having to wait to request another one.
At the end of a qtimer event, a global message is sent, displaying who
earned how many questpoints and a grand total for total questpoints earned
by all who participated. Questpoints from autoquests, expeditions, and
global quests count torward this total. Players who have info quest turned
off will not see this message. This information saves through copyover.
